With the continuous deepening of the reform of the power system,energy service enterprises with contract energy management as the business model will be at the forefront of the competition in the power market.The market competition is extremely fierce.Enterprises need to have core competitiveness to survive in the competition and achieve sustainable development.As an energy service company,how does Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.face the external environment,use its own resources to improve its competitiveness,and seek development in the reform of the power system has become the primary problem for enterprises to solve.Therefore,the formulation of a competitive strategy and the implementation of the strategy will be the most important work of Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.Based on the concept of enterprise strategic management,this paper takes Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object.First,using PEST model to analyze the company’s macro environment,analysising of industry and market environment using Porter’s five-force model,and then uses internal and external factors to evaluate Matrix,Evaluating key factors affecting company development in a quantitative manner;Secondly,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company’s power service management,the SWOT matrix is used to conduct qualitative analysis based on the actual operation of the company;Finally,using QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze the alternative competitive strategy,it is proposed that the competitive strategy of Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.is a differentiated competitive strategy,that is,establishing a strategic management system,accelerating talent pool,enhancing differentiated services,and gradually establishing comprehensive Energy service platform.Through the implementation of differentiated competitive strategies,it is necessary to be able to cope with and strive to surpass existing competitors and achieve sustainable and differentiated development.In addition,Using the Balanced Score card to establish a clear strategic performance evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of the strategy and achieve the ultimate goal.This paper provides a solution for competitive strategy positioning and strategic implementation of Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.It not only has guiding significance for the development of Jingdian Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.,but also has reference significance for domestic counterparts in the standardization management and organization integration strategy,it is also of practical significance to expand and forecast new field and new economic industries under the conditions of power commercialization.
