Chinese solar water heater industry has developed rapidly under the support and promotion of a series of new energy policies such as "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality".However,due to the low industry threshold,there are problems such as uneven enterprise scale,product quality and after-sales service.,In particular,the lack of scientific and effective competition strategy for enterprises,the solar water heater market presents a trend of disorderly competition.Although LP Solar Company is very influential in the solar water heater industry,it is also trapped in the red sea of competition and difficult to extricate itself from.Its strategic management has problems such as unclear competitive strategy and lack of prominent core competitiveness.The selection and implementation of differentiated competition strategy is conducive to improving the competitive advantage of solar energy enterprises in my country.This thesis uses literature review method,case analysis method,comparison,interview method(if time is available,add it to show that it is a first-hand case)and other methods,taking LP solar water heater company as a typical case,to carry out the competitive strategy of solar energy enterprises.researched.First of all,using PEST analysis method,five forces model,SWOT analysis and other tools to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and find out the key factors affecting the development of LP solar energy enterprises.Factors such as intensified competition in the industry;external opportunities for enterprises mainly include the support of national policies,the improvement of industry concentration,the upgrading of national consumption,and the continuous growth of solar demand;the advantage of enterprises is that they have excellent organizational management capabilities,product after-sales service and marketing capabilities;The disadvantage of enterprises lies in factors such as unclear competitive strategy,poor financing channels,unreasonable talent structure and insufficient R&D capabilities.Secondly,this thesis uses the SWOT analysis method to match the competitive strategy,and determines that the opportunity-advantage model is most suitable for the development needs of LP solar companies,and then uses the QSPM matrix analysis method to select the competitive strategy,and finds that the differentiated competitive strategy can help to the greatest extent.LP Solar Company gave full play to its unique competitive advantages and put forward the implementation plan of the company’s differentiated competition strategy.Finally,this thesis constructs safeguard measures for the implementation of LP solar company’s differentiated competition strategy from three aspects:system,resources and corporate culture,so as to ensure the implementation effect of the company’s differentiated competition strategy.This thesis solves the problem of solar energy company strategy selection and implementation,and innovatively proposes the implementation and guarantee plan of LP solar energy company’s differentiated competition strategy,which is beneficial to LP solar energy company to enhance its competitive advantage and is of great importance for promoting the healthy development of Chinese solar water heater industry.significance.
