Research On Economic Scale Measurement And Sample Size Control Of Industrial Land In Wangcheng Economic And Technological Development Zone

Industrial land is the basic material of industrial production activities.Scientifically and rationally determining the economic scale of industrial land is conducive to the efficient utilization of industrial land.The key to rationally control the scale of industrial land is to continuously improve the efficiency of industrial land use and ensure the most effective use of industrial land.Under the assumption of the industrial economic development trends is stable and upward,the industrial land expands in an orderly manner,and the technical level will not improve significantly.Based on the development situation of Wangcheng economic and technological development zone from 2007 to 2015,this paper constructs the marginal utility model and the Logistic function model to determine the reasonable economic scale of industrial land.Secondly,27 typical industrial enterprises are selected to construct panel data in 2011-2015 as the research period.Based on the C-D production function,the marginal productivity of the enterprise is calculated.Finally,build a fixed effect model to improve the efficiency of industrial land use and control the scale of industrial land fundamentally.Research shows:(1)By 2022,the rate of change in the utilization of marginal industrial land in Wangcheng economic and technological development zone was close to zero,and the benefit of industrial land utilization reached the optimal state,and the scale of industrial land use reached the best,which was 631 hectares.(2)From 2011 to 2015,the marginal productivity of typical enterprises has been improved,but the promotion space is still larger,and it continues to increase slowly,often showing a steady state,or even decreasing trend.(3)The promotion effect of plot ratio on marginal productivity of enterprise land is higher than that of investment intensity.However,with the increase of business time,the promotion effect of investment intensity is weakened.With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the promotion of plot ratio is weakened.To maintain the continuous growth of land use efficiency,by 2022,the overall plot ratio ratio should be increased by 13.30%,and the total investment intensity should be increased by 3.21% to 22.47%.
