The manufacturing model in OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)Industry of global consumer electronic products has matured after several decades' development,the manufacturing process are very much the same.The manufacturers are doing their best to create profits and get profit opportunities because the OEM industry has entered into the meager profit age.The manufacturer's basic methods to make profit include cost-down,decreasing project duration and improving product quality.Manufacturing is based on product development,so decreasing project duration and enhancing development efficiency can save cost and is essential for project profitability.However,the product development management ability of manufacturers are much different and has great room for improvement.This paper will study on the AIO(All In One)development process and describe the information flow of each two tasks with DSM(DSM,Design Structure Matrix)model,then optimize task sequence of product development to decrease rework and schedule delay caused by information feedback and task iteration,this paper also study on information put-out time factor matrix,information put-in time factor matrix and rework risk matrix and make product development schedule plan based on information from above-mentioned matrix.This paper aims to decrease development duration and make optimization schedule planning and then provide reference for other projects improvement in our company.
