| The logistics center for components of automobile manufacturing industry serves as a connecting link between the preceding and the following throughout the entire automobile manufacturing network.How to improve the operational efficiency and service level of the logistics center plays a vital role for the core competitiveness of enterprises.The logistics center includes many links which will be mutually influenced by various factors.In this paper,intensive researches have been carried out on order batching problems in the order picking.After the summary of researches and deficiencies of former scholars,the logistics center of the enterprise where I work has been taken as the research object and the warehouse layout of single-row goods location above ground for dozens of picking forklifts and double transverse lanes has been taken as the background.Based on features of unit size of different orders and the capacity constraints of forklifts,a real-time optimization model for order batching decision-making has been established with the minimization for travel distance of forklifts as its objective function.Moreover,to solve the feasibility of the model,the saving heuristic algorithm has been studied in detail.The effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm in the paper has been verified through example analyses.The single order picking strategy,first-come-first-served batching and combing strategy as well as the order batching and picking strategy designed in the paper have been compared so as to verify the scientificalness and effectiveness of reasonable order batching.Considering that it is hard to conduct mathematical modeling with random factors,the stimulation software NetLogo has been adopted in the paper for stimulation design of the mathematical model so that experiments can be designed and analyzed more conveniently and effectively.In addition,a series of simulation experiments have been designed to analyze the impacts of various factors on the order batching and picking strategy. |
