| With the fierce competition of global market, quality has become an eternal topic for survival and development of enterprise. Therefore, since China joined the WTO, automobile and parts manufactures also regard product quality as "Gold key". Especially face up the trend of global purchasing, the part manufactures must do their best in quality and strive to find their own living space. Under the guiding ideology of products quality improvement, combined with products quality of the actual situation in the Automobile parts of Dong An hydraulic Ltd Company. Study was on the Improvement of Quality.Although the company has implemented the TS16949 quality management system, but it was still in the exploration process, the level of Quality management was still low. Especially in the process of improving product quality, they seldom used of TS16949 quality tools, and often based on past experience to resolve the product quality problem, which easily lead to the recurrence of quality problems. The study was based on TS16949 Quality Improvement for improving products quality. It can not only resolve the current automobile parts quality problem of Dong An Hydraulic Ltd Company, but also can improve employees'ability to use quality tools.Researching status and applying internal and external developing trends of quality management were studied on the basis of a mass of related literatures. After investigating the actual quality of Dong An hydraulic Ltd Company, the specific problems to the Automobile parts was put forward, and the quality of actual products was improved, some control measures for future quality management was concluded in the end.Associating theories with practice is one of the main principles of this research. The related tools and theoretical of TS16949 Quality Management System which including statistical process control methods, mainly used control chart, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Process capability analysis, Measurement System analysis Etc were used. The Process capability to the shift rod was effective upgraded, win-win outcome to Enterprise and the customer was achieved. Thus it had important learning significance for Dong An Hydraulic Ltd Company, which was used the qualitative methods and tools in the implementation of TS16949 quality management system.Main conclusions of the dissertation are as follows:(1)Study was based on Automobile parts product'quality status quo, serious quality problems of the shift rod. And the quality problems of the shift rod was discovered by analysis, the key working procedure which affected the quality problems of the shift rod was found .control chart analysis and Process capability analysis was used, the serious shortage of the present process capacity was educed.(2)In the course of the research, we used Sample survey methods in measurement systems analysis, and also used the improving process ability analysis and the improved process ability analysis. The specific Sample survey methods are commonly used in the current quality management methods so that we got the data of the production quality which were closed to the actual production and offered the reliability issues to the quality Analysis.(3)Analyzing the quality problems, the first thing was to analyze the tools on the impact of quality problems, ascertained the measure tools were acceptable through Measurement System Analysis on measuring, then used the potential failure modes and effects analysis, fish-bone diagram analysis, Identified the quality of the key factors which was affected the key processes.(4)By comparing with the control chart analysis, process capability analysis which were improved than the former that enhanced the process capability. The last thing was to put forward some control measures against future management of the quality management in Dong An Hydraulic Ltd Company. |
