Research On Intellectual Property Online Trading

In the age of knowledge economy,there is a growing tendency that intellectual property is becoming more and more important.It is essential to build an efficient trading platform for intellectual property,which helps to develop the innovation and development strategy.With more and more online trading platform,it is helpful to make a study of the intellectual property trading system and the factors that have an influence on the trading.And the study aims to improve the efficiency and benefits of the system.In this paper,we summarize the research about intellectual property trading and the platform.Then we analyze the form and characteristic of intellectual property trading.We also study about the functions of the trading platform and figure out the problems of the system.According to the case of Wtoip.com,we study the business model of the intellectual property online trading platform.Based on the research above and Evolutionary Game Theory,we build the game model of intellectual property trading.With analyzing the model and ESS,it is concluded that some actions such as reducing the cost of regulation,improving the quality of intellectual property,increasing the benefits of trading can raise the enthusiasm of regulation and transaction.Finally some advices are presented according to the analysis: to improve the professional quality of the staff on the trading platform,to improve the quality of the intellectual property and to strengthen information disclosure and risk management.In the end,we summarize the conclusion and the limits of the research.
