Evolution Of The Symbiotic Relationship Between Agricultural Leading Enterprises And Farmers

At present,the market structure contradiction of China's "small production-large market" has become increasingly prominent.The information on the side of agricultural demand is difficult to transmit to the production end efficiently and accurately.The agricultural products cannot meet the escalating market consumption demand,leading to the structural contradiction of the agricultural supply side.In order to alleviate the contradictions,the state vigorously called for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Due to the triple impact of policy thrust,rural pull and endogenous power,capital began to flow to rural areas and agriculture.The agricultural industrialization organization model of “leading enterprises + farmers” appeared successively throughout the country.Some enterprises have established the interest linkage mechanism with farmers to promote the development of agriculture and farmers,and to achieve reorganization of production organizations and resource reconfiguration.However,there are still some phenomena such as high transaction costs of some enterprises and farmers,frequent violations,and low performance of agricultural industrialization.The reason,the profit-seeking nature of capital and the limited rationality of farmers make the two sides produce different interest appeals and value orientations,which in turn makes the symbiotic relationship of the two parties manifest as diversified and complicated features,and presents different development trends.The symbiotic relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers as the organizational model of agricultural industrialization not only affects the behavioral orientation of enterprises and farmers,but also the economic interests of both parties,or the key factors affecting the performance of agricultural industrialization.Based on this,this paper is devoted to studying the evolution of the symbiotic relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers,grasping the evolution mechanism and evolutionary trend of symbiotic relationship,in order to improve the performance of agricultural industrialization and the structural reform of agricultural supply side.This paper firstly summarizes the static symbiotic relationship and symbiosis between the leading agricultural enterprises and farmers through the actual observation and related literatures,and uses the theory of symbiosis and industrial organization to analyze the motivation of the evolution of the symbiotic relationship.Secondly,with the help of the logistics model The dynamic process of symbiotic evolution between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers is described,and the symbiotic evolution mechanism is analyzed.Finally,based on the real case of the symbiotic development of flowers and farmers in northern Jiangsu,the above evolutionary mechanism is discussed in the change of symbiosis relationship.Role,and based on the evolution mechanism,proposes symbiotic optimization measures for agricultural leading enterprises and farmers.The research shows that:(1)The symbiotic relationship between agricultural leading enterprises and farmers has experienced a loose symbiotic relationship from independent coexistence to dual subject participation,to a horizontally close,vertical loose symbiosis relationship with multi-subject participation,and finally to a fully compact symbiosis with multi-subject participation.(2)The integrated business model of the joint-stock cooperative system is the direction of the symbiotic development of agricultural leading enterprises and farmers.There are two points in the symbiotic optimization measures.On the one hand,it can improve the degree of organization and enhance the complementary synergy effect by means of the network of rural acquaintances.On the other hand,through the establishment of industry platforms and industry associations,the communication between enterprises and farmers can be smoothed.Mechanisms and channels,give full play to the role of the multi-participant's ties,and narrow the gap in the distribution of benefits.
