Study On The Development Model Of Deserticulture Integration

China is one of the countries with the most serious desertification in the world.The sand area is not only the national ecologically fragile area,but also the deep poverty-stricken area.Qian Xuesen proposed the idea of developing the deserticulture in China to improve the ecology situation,the local economy and the income of farmers and herdsmen in 1985.The people in the area who actively participate in the construction of the deserticulture gradually realize the industry convergence of the deserticulture,and do the great performance in the ecological improvement,industrial development,and so on.However,corresponding analysis about the Convergence mode and degree of the deserticulture is relatively insufficient,which will not only have bad effect on the improvement of the theoretical system,but also be not good for policy formulation and enterprise decision-making.In this context,We first analyzes the status quo of development and convergence of deserticulture in China.After that,we deeply analyzes the dynamic factors behind the development of deserticulture convergence from the six perspectives: industrial law,personal survival,enterprise progress,market demand,ecological improvement and government guidance.By sorting out the field research data and theoretical literature,the three main Convergence mode of the deserticulture in China are sorted out: industrial cross type,industrial chain extension type and technology penetration type Convergence mode.After that,we selects the Inner Mongolia Xiangshawan Scenic Spot,Dongda Group,Mengcao Group as a typical enterprise representative,Then,using the qualitative research method to analyze the degree of integration of the deserticulture in Xiangshawan Scenic Spot and Dongda Group,and get the result that the degree of development of the deserticulture is still in its infancy.Secondly,using the Herfindahl index to analyze the extent of integration of the deserticulture in Mengcao Group,the Herfindahl index calculated by the company from 2011 to 2018 is 46.88%,100%,76%,38.89%,68.79%,100%,35.2%,24.55%,respectively.And then using the Van Horn growth model to measure the sustainable growth rate of Mengcao Group in 2012 to 2017,which are 33.75%,10.72%,16.68%,9.63%,6.89%,and 26.07%,respectively.Combined with the results of the Herfindahl index,it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between the extent of industry convergence and the sustainable growth rate of the enterprise,that is,the higher the degree of industry convergence,the stronger the sustainable growth of the enterprise,and vice versa.Finally,the effects of industry convergence are analyzed from the five perspectives of politics,economy,culture,society and ecology.The comprehensive results show that the convergence of deserticulture has great development effect.According to the above conclusions,and combining with the actual development of the deserticulture,we put forward some suggestions: the "DESERTICULTURE +" could be mentioned to promote the cross-integration development of the sand industry,expand the multi-functionality of the deserticulture;extend the chain of deserticulture convergence,promote the innovation and application of the supply chain of the deserticulture;stimulate the vitality of various parts of the deserticulture,and promote the technical elements in each penetration of the link.
