Research On The Development Of Rural Industrial Convergence In Taigu County

The central No.1 document for the first time to put forward the idea of the rural industrial convergence in 2015,which is the another major strategic deployment for the central based on "New normal" of economic development,but also is the top-level design for speed up transformation of the mode of rural development.Subsequently,the State Council issued a series of policy documents,such as the guidance of rural industrial integration and implementation of the program,announced the first batch of pilot areas of rural industrial integration.According to the requirements,provincial governments and municipal governments formulate relevant measures and pay close attention to implementation the rural industrial convergence development.Taigu county is one of the first national batch of pilot for the rural industrial convergence,which is the construction land of "agricultural Silicon Valley" of Shanxi Province.Based on investigation of Taigu County and a lot of information and data,this paper analyzes the present situation of economic development and the development of agriculture in Taigu county,and qualitative analysis the advantages of rural industrial convergence,the disadvantages of rural industrial convergence,and the environment of rural industrial convergence in Taigu county by SWOT-PEST analysis method.Based on the above analysis,this paper points out that Taigu county has the foundation,advantages and opportunities of the development of rural industrial convergence.According to the requirements of the development and the goal of rural industrial convergence of Taigu county,We choose the path of rural industrial convergence,as follows,industrial convergence path,extension of industrial chain,innovative technology penetration,multinational expansion,and through the inductive deductive method put forward countermeasures.We hope that Taigu county will be the first to achieve of rural industrial convergence in Shanxi province,and become the "Agricultural Silicon Valley".The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the background and purpose of the study of rural industrial convergence,the research result of domestic and foreign experts,the research methods and ideas,and summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.In the second chapter,summarizes the definition of industry,industry convergence and rural industrial convergence.This paper explains the relevant theories at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for the nex step.The third chapter introduces the general situation of Taigu county,analyzes the level of economic development and the current situation of agricultural development in Taigu County,and concludes that Taigu county has the basis of rural industrial convergence.The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages,disadvantage and macro environment of rural industrial convergence,and points out that Taigu county has the advantages and opportunities of the development of the rural industrial convergence.The fifth chapter,according to the requirements of the development and the goal of rural industrial convergence of Taigu county.We choose the path of rural industrial convergence,as follows,industrial convergence path,extension of industrial chain,innovative technology penetration and multinational expansion.The sixth chapter,according to the path of convergence of Taigu County rural industrial convergence,putting forward measures by inductive deductive method,focusing on six aspects,as follows,leading enterprises,agriculture and tourism integration,new type of operation,convergence support system and new agricultural business entities.
