Study On Standard System Of Sugarcane Industry In China

Sugar cane plays an important role in safeguarding the supply of sugar in our country.It is not only a daily consumer goods but also an important industrial raw material and an emerging renewable energy crop.The sustainable and healthy development of the sugarcane industry is of great significance not only to the regional economic and social development of the main producing areas,but also to the revitalization of the countryside.It is also an important driving industry for the national stability and social development of these ethnic minority gathering areas(Guangxi,Yunnan).The construction of China's sugarcane industry standardization system through this research is a major task to promote the transformation and upgrading of production methods,enhance international competitiveness,and build reasonable technical barriers.This paper examines a large number of domestic and foreign literature on sugarcane industry standardization and extensive research,studies the status quo of sugarcane industry standardization,based on improving the international competitiveness of the industry,and constructs international trade technical barriers.It analyzes the development process of China's sugarcane industry standardization since the founding of the People's Republic The characteristics and effects of the four development stages were studied.The comparative analysis method was used to expound the gap between China and sugarcane developed countries(regions)in terms of standard coverage,quality index level,and organization and implementation of standardization work.Consolidating the main problems existing in China's sugarcane industry standard system,that is,the lack of systematic,planning and timeliness of national standards formulation is out of line with industrial development,the unity,coordination and timeliness of industry standards development needs to be strengthened,and sugarcane quality and safety The standard coverage is narrow,the industry has potential risks and other issues,and it is clear that from the germplasm resources and varieties to the high-yield and high-efficiency production technical regulations standards of sugarcane and the standards of sugarcane processing,and then in accordance with the principles of comprehensiveness,marketability and advancement.The key direction and main content of the framework design of China's sugar cane industry standard system are constructed.Carrying out empirical research on the mechanized deep-plowing technology model of key industrial technologies,and achieving good results to provide scientific and technical support for government departments and industries,thus further demonstrating the practical significance of sugarcane industry standardization on the development of sugarcane industry.The research is also the sugarcane industry standard system.The build provides several policy recommendations.
