Research On The Factors Affecting The Satisfaction Of Leisure Farm Tourists

With the development of the economy,the income of ordinary people in China has continuously increased,and more and more ordinary people have gone out to travel.In recent years,rural tourism has become more and more popular,especially in the urban areas,which have a special liking for rural tourism.As an important branch of rural tourism,leisure farm tourism is more sought after by the tourism market.Although leisure farm tourism is getting more and more popular,leisure farm tourism is still a new thing,and there are still many problems to be solved.This paper takes the leisure farms in Taining County of Sanming City as the research object,and explores the influencing factors of tourists’ satisfaction,which is the local leisure farm.Provide reference for the construction and development.This paper firstly reviews the research status of domestic and foreign leisure farmer satisfaction and its influencing factors,and then analyzes the development status and existing problems of Taining County leisure farm in Sanming City,and then designs Sanming City on the basis of satisfaction evaluation model theory.Questionnaires on the factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists in Taining County,and 464 valid questionnaires were collected.In this paper,a series of empirical analysis of questionnaire data,including validity analysis,reliability analysis,factor analysis,linear regression analysis,using SPSS tools to obtainanalysis results,obtained four impact factors(farm service factor,infrastructure factor,Farm activity factors,ecological environment factors),found that infrastructure factors and farm activity factors have a significant impact on the satisfaction of tourists.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of local leisure farmer visitors.These suggestions include infrastructure,folk culture activities,ecological environment and brand building.The countermeasures proposed in this paper suggest local leisure.The development of farms has certain reference value and has certain reference significance for the development of leisure farms in other parts of the country.
