How can guarantee the better human resources development,make all sorts of people are in the process of play their part,can improve company's overall competitive power,so as to improve the work efficiency,achieve employees and companies grow together,this is we have to think about in the middle of the performance management process,also must adopt corresponding measures to improve.On the basis of studying the relevant literature on performance management,this paper studies the performance management of L city investment company through the actual investigation.Firstly,the research background and significance,the research content and research methods,as well as the research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,related theories are introduced,including performance and performance appraisal theory,performance appraisal and performance management theory,balanced score card,key performance indicators and target management theory.On the basis of theoretical research,the field investigation of L city investment company was carried out.This paper expounds the general situation,organization structure and personnel allocation of L city investment corporation is.It also summarizes the assessment methods of the existing performance management system and the compensation distribution methods.And the urban construction company financial finance L summarizes the problems existing in the performance management,including: performance management system can't reflect the company's development strategy,unreasonable appraisal subject,appraisal index lack of scientific and comprehensive,and the assessment results isn't working.Again L city for the development of the company's financial finance for SWOT analysis,and the strategy of the development are summarized,on the basis of performance management improved target,thinking,and the implementation of the improved scheme.The organizational system,methods and procedures of performance management are described in detail.Finally,put forward the L city investment company financial finance performance management system implementation safeguard measures,namely: the management of the senior managers and corresponding institutional guarantee and departmental staff participation of the construction of performance management system and evaluation objects participate in the development of the corresponding indicators.
