With the deepening of the power system reform in our country,the change of our country's current SGC market monopoly situation, and realize the separation of transmission and distribution become inevitable. Introducing competitors to electricity market, JXX power supply company will face more severe competition in the market, then JXX power supply company Marketing Department as a foreign face to face service department with the customer, its importance is self-evident. However, in the process of the power supply company to enhance the competitiveness of the market Marketing Department, due to the restrictions of company's Marketing Department performance management level, JXX power supply company performance management result is not ideal, the phenomenon such as performance management depart with the company's strategic targets, and caused serious constraints to improve market competitiveness of the JXX power supply company Marketing Department., Therefore, the improvement of the performance management of Marketing Department of JXX electric power supply company must want to get more attention, provide management support for the development of the Marketing Department and the whole company.In this paper, see JXX power company marketing department as the research object,analysis the current situation of the development of JXX company and its marketing department organizational structure, based on this, this paper fully research the adjustable performance appraisal and relevant information of the company, this paper based on the fuzzy evaluation did level evaluation of KPI, found that the performance management is unreasonable, lack of communication mechanism and other issues existing in the performance evaluation. Then, this paper combined with the actual situation and the strategic goal of JXX company,based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method of key performance indicators, set up KPI system from four aspects of financial, customer,business process, learning and growth, and did research of the performance appraisal system from performance communication, performance appraisal implementation,feedback and improvement, the assessment results and remuneration linked and so on. We provided suggestions to optimizing JXX company marketing department performance management system,in order to help to improve the current situation of the performance management of the power supply company's marketing department, and to help to enhance the company's market competitiveness.
