In recent years,China's traditional retail industry has experienced a rapid growth rate after 20 years of rapid growth.Similarly,the growth rate of online retail sales has also slowed down,and new technologies are emerging.Driven by the industry,the retail industry ushered in a major change in 2017.Traditional retailers are beginning to embrace the Internet and build their own online channels;online retailers are also looking for “landing” to develop offline stores.Under such a big environment,the smart shopping mall under the new retail has become the development direction of the retail industry.Smart shopping malls did not have a clear definition at the beginning.Until the concept of “new retail” was put forward,under the new industry positioning,the focus of the retail industry began to shift to the consumer side,and with the new technology,the production,circulation and sales processes were reformed.Integrate online and offline channels to create a new retail service experience that meets the needs of consumer upgrades.In this context,data has become the top priority,omni-channel data has become the standard for new retail,online channels have basically achieved full data,offline channels need to be built,and finally form a data-driven approach to the entire format.Big data system.However,many research work is carried out around the new experience,new directions and new technologies of retailing.Almost no research on big data design planning,business support,and operation management has been discussed from the perspective of shopping mall management.Therefore,the research field is still There are many gaps to be filled.This paper takes XX smart shopping mall as the research object,analyzes the development trend of retail industry,clarifies the new problems and new situations appearing in the big environment of retail format,recognizes big data as a resource,and analyzes big data as a tool in the new situation.The assistance provided,combined with the two,first discusses the relevant concepts and connotations in the development of new retail,analyzes the valuable data types in the new retail development process;and then designs the data system in combination with the management requirements of the mall.,planning;Finally,discuss the promotion and outlook of big data on the management of shopping malls.To this end,this paper combines the retail life cycle theory and dialectical development theory to analyze the reasons for the emergence of the new situation,and proposes the construction plan of the big data system by using the enterprise system planning combined with the current situation of XX shopping malls.
