China has great advantages such as vast territory,lots of users,e-commerce is relatively advanced and mature,and etc for developing its express delivery industry.Despite its late start,express delivery industry developed rapidly..In the background of Streamline Administration and Institute Decentralization,the industry entry threshold will also reduce,which have led to the blooming and exponentially growing of micro-express enterprises.The frequent safety problems of express delivery also become a topic that cannot be ignored,and how to supervise the safety problems effectively which urgently need to be solved in express delivery industry..The dianjiang postal administration is the only county-level postal regulatory agency established in ChongQing.This paper investigated the safety supervision of the delivery industry in dianjiang county from the perspective of postal regulatory authority.It can not only serves the development of express delivery industry in dianjiang county,but also provides reference for other places which have similar economic and social development or similar industrial structure.Research integrated use of government reengineering theory,government regulation theory,and the theory of public governance theory tools,adopting literature research,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,from dianjiang express industry present situation and existing problems,analyzes the express industry regulation of security reasons,based on the actual so as to put forward some countermeasures.
