Banking is an important pillar of support the development of the real economy,in recent years,the financial development of the Internet very quickly,online trading is very active,financial transaction is experiencing a change in the way from tradition to the new payment,together with the constant improvement of market-oriented interest rate reform,increasingly fierce competition between Banks,the focus of competition is more and more focused on how to improve service quality,expand and strengthen customer resources,etc.Because the bank is a service industry,improve the service quality is the key to human factors,how to fully arouse the enthusiasm of the employees' work,and enhance employees' sense of responsibility,Banks to improve staff's sense of purpose and dedication is the key of bank service competitiveness.In order to attract talents and give full play to the advantages of talents,the bank pays more and more attention to the assessment and motivation of employees,and employee motivation has become the most important part of the bank's human resource management.Rural commercial Banks and other commercial Banks have a lot of different,its main outlets in the countryside,in the face of the customer group mainly peasants,core business is the main support for financial business,etc.Due to long-term employees work in the countryside or town branch,content monotonous repetition work,lack of innovation and challenge,post communication is less,in the midst of the long-term work,it is easy to produce tired feeling,it is difficult to keep positive work enthusiasm,coupled with the compensation,benefits,work environment,factors such as work stress,staffs loss problem is more serious,the stability of the workforce affected.The predecessor of wuwei rural commercial bank is the rural credit cooperative association of liangzhou district,which plays an important role in supporting the economic development of wuwei city and providing inclusive financial services,and is the main force of the farmers.In recent years,wuwei rural commercial bank has taken a number of measures to strengthen employee incentives,including improving employees' compensation and welfare benefits,strengthening staff training education,employees enjoying shareholding dividends,strengthening performance appraisal,etc.Employees' enthusiasm for work has been greatly improved,and the introduction of excellent talents has been increased,and the overall quality of the staff has been continuously improved.However,in the process of restructuring,wuwei rural commercial bank still retains more models of traditional credit cooperative management.There are still many problems in employee motivation,and the employee incentive measures need to be further improved.How to continuously improve employee incentives and maximize the effectiveness of employees' incentive measures is of vital importance to the long-term healthy development of rural commercial Banks in wuwei.This article selects wuwei rural commercial bank as an example,through the form of questionnaire survey,analyzes the status quo of its staff motivation,to summarize the problems existing in the carding and analyzing the reason,based on the research of employee motivation at home and abroad related theory,combined with the actual,in-depth analysis of staff incentives is imperfect,the reason of the effect is not obvious,targeted solutions,constantly optimize the staff incentive system,to enhance employee sense of belonging of wuwei rural commercial Banks,improve the staff's work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility,maintain the stability and growth of the staff team,to enhance comprehensive competitiveness of wuwei rural commercial bank to carry on the beneficial exploration.Through the research of this paper,we can enhance our understanding of employee motivation,and to optimize employee incentive system for the wuwei rural business bank,to improve employee management efficiency,and to maximize human capital to provide a reference and a way of thinking.
