XH Company was re-registered on the basis of Qinglin plastic mould factory established in 1986 in 2002.It is a national high-tech enterprise with a provincial die-casting R&D center.With the development of the economy and changes in the external environment,various problems have arisen.It is required the enterprise need to conduct in-depth research and development solutions from the company management strategy,and actively face changes by re-determining and adjusting development strategies.This paper focuses on the theoretical basis and reality of XH's strategy formulation.Base on the case of XH company,this paper studies the problems faced by XH company at the current stage,and reformulates the company's development strategy according to the changes of internal and external environment.In this paper,the relevant theories and analysis models of strategic management and research are applied to conduct in-depth analysis.The PESTLE analysis method was used to analyze the macroeconomic environment outside the XH company.Porter's five-force model analysis method was used to analyze the environment of die casting mold and die-casting industry where XH Company is located,and Porter's value chain theory was used to explore XH's most valuable process for customers,identifying the core competitiveness of the company.SWOT analysis method was respectively used to analyze the internal and external environmental conditions of XH company,and find out the opportunities and threats faced by the company in the environment,the advantages and disadvantages within the company,and the opportunities and challenges in the company's development process,so as to determine and Improve the company's future development strategy.According to the specific situation of XH company,the development strategy of XH company was determined,and the company's strategic objectives and specific implementation plans and implementation guarantee methods were formulated.Finally,a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of XH's new development strategy implementation led to the conclusions of this paper.Finally,a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of XH's new development strategy was carried out,thus the conclusion of this paper is reached.
