Since the financial crisis in 2008,the word economic recovery has been slow,and China labor costs have been rising faster,therefore,some foreign companies in China transferred their manufacturing base to lower cost regions or returned home,but there are also some foreign companies chose to “left behind” because of the unique charm of the Chinese market,ZH(Dalian)company is the left-behind foreign enterprise like this.For these companies,to grasp the opportunities of China's development in the new era and shift from maintenance model to development model is a strategic subject that they must face.ZH(Dalian)company is a laser printer core parts manufacturing enterprise(aluminum tube for cartridge photoreceptor),its production process is the high automation by PLC linkage control,that is to say it is a typical industrial 3.0 enterprise.So the research on the development strategy of ZH(Dalian)company is an exploration for the sustainable development strategy of foreign companies in China,it is also a reference for the transformation and upgrading of our local component manufacturers,and what's more,it is an important support for China's social and economic stability.The research on the development strategy of ZH(Dalian)company is carried out in accordance with the logical framework of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.First of all,use the G-PEST for the analysis of the enterprise macro environment,use Michael Porter five forces model for the analysis of the industry environment,use the CPM matrix for the analysis of major competitors,and evaluate the key external factors turough the EFE matrix analysis so that the external opportunities and threats can be indentified by these analyses.And then,start from the development general situation of ZH(Dalian),analyze the internal environment from the two aspects of resources and capabilities,analyze the core competitiveness by using the internal value chain,and evaluate the key internal factors through the IFE matrix,so as to identify the strengths and weaknesses of ZH(Dalian)company.Then,focus on enterprise problems and analyze the causes,combine with the vision,mission and goal of ZH(Dalian)company,find out alternative development strategy by SWOT matrix,and rely on internal and external key factors evaluation(IE)matrix and quantitative strategic planning(QSPM)matrix to optimize and determine strategic plan.Finally,put forward specific strategic implementation plan and control measures to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.After this,the development of ZH(Dalian)company should focus on a technology center(aluminum plastic processing technology),two product lines(the core parts of the printer and the aluminum parts of the new energy vehicle),the development strategy of ZH(Dalian)company should be implemented in three stages,namely the recent market development strategy for the core components of the printer(aluminum tube),the medium-term strategy of related diversification for the new energy automotive aluminum parts,the long-term strategy of horizontal integration for the core components of the printer(aluminum tube),the market development strategy and the horizontal integration strategy are the one-line strategy for the current core parts of the printer(aluminum tube).
