To find the Clue from the International trading history,we notice that the original equipment manufacturer(OEM)have been existed since 1980’s.Recent 30 years,the international trading environment has been changed a lot,on the other hand,the domestic social economy also has raised sharply.Base on the background,The OEM business model still be used by the middle-small size trading enterprise.For its own good,The apparel trading industry has been developed original design manufacture base on OEM,at the same time it has increased into advanced designer brand and the retailer brand.In future there would be more and more growing brand in the market.OEM,as the low part of the economy smile curve,will be dropped and the enterprise will be part of trans-conformation.The international economy instantaneous changes every day.The pressure from the international market increases every day.Chinese middle-small size enterprise lost its market advantages and price priority as while as the southeast countries emerged.The international raw materials price increases by the environmental protection,which will cause the enterprise lost its bargain space.The new business model coming out by the internet development that squeezes the survival space of the traditional business.Above all,Enterprise has to find a high added value strategy instead of low added value.Simois Apparel Co.,Ltd.,established in 2013,which is a small trading company locates in Dalian.Since 2014,The Company has paid more attention on raising sales net income and opening new market while seldom thought about its business strategy.So that the development of Simois Company is slow and little progress was made during last two years.For small exporters like Simois Company,to overcome current difficulty for surviving and to build up a long-term business strategy is the top urgent.The first part analyzed the background of research for Simois Company’s business strategy.Second part is to introduce Simois Company on its background,character,business scope,industry engaged in and problems as well and to analyze its business environment through “PEST” and Five Forces Model and “SWOT” method.Then based on its own character to point out the mission and vision business target,finally summarize its business strategy on developing and competition and concrete implement procedures.In the end,we make a simple summary for this dissertation and propose the outlook for Company’s future.
