When the companies manufacture parts transferred to other countries and acquired more profit(or for less cost),product transfer can occur(QiuBin,YinWei 2009).20 years before,China reform and opening up,all kinds of preferential policies to attract foreign investment in China,let get the booming of China's manufacturing industry.The disappearance of the preferential policy advantage at present stage,the manufacturing cost is higher and higher factory production capacity transfer become more and more urgent.The company J company in Guangzhou is transferring the production by the impact of the cost.I have experienced the production of products transferred from other EMS factories,products transferred to other companies in the less developed countries,and the company's internal resources to carry out the transfer of these three kinds of product transfer.This paper studies the behavior of the company's products transferred to the factory of the less developed countries.All kinds of factors in production transfer process are blocking the transfer smoothly,directly or indirectly caused by the production orders can not be guaranteed,through the analysis of various factors,it is found that the most important and fundamental problem in the process of plant production transfer is the strategy of order protection in the process of production transfer of non outsourcing EMS plant.In this paper,the three methods to protect the order,the order of these three strategies have their own advantages and disadvantages.(1)Stock order guarantee strategy.It is the way for J company in Guangzhou to reserve the stock in advance.A great advantage is that the material can be provided to customers in a timely manner.But this method needs high written approval,because the material cost is high,if customer demand change,may cause our company a lot of material to deal with high rejection rate.This situation is more suitable for the use of large quantities of equipment or limited risk.(2)Emergency production order support strategy.In the process of production transfer,according to the customer's forecast plan,we need to prepare some BUFFER material inventory,and work overtime to meet the customer's needs.The lack of preparation by still expected to buy from the market,or is the way to meet emergency seasoning production.(3)Postponement strategy of production order.When the equipment is not enough,the shortage of material supply chain can not reach the factory on time,the plan can be provided to the customer in accordance with the number of production,the remaining confirmation of delivery.Delay in delivery caused by the loss of customers,negotiated payment.This paper focuses on how to ensure the customer's order in the production transferring process,about the program water meter transfer from China to Vietnam.In the process of production transfer,it can not be delivered on time.The above three methods are flexible to solve the problem of our order,good service to customers.Combined the three shift production experience,for the production of transfer in the protection of customer orders have very high reference and learning value,help colleagues detours,increase efficiency,is very important provide customer service.
