Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Tourism-based Agriculture In Chengdu

With the application and innovation of modern information technology,such as Internet of Internet,Cloud Computing and Internet of things,human society has gradually entered the state of network,digitization and intelligence.Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet" at the NPC and CPPCC sessions,marking the rise of the "Internet" strategy across the country.Governments at all levels issued relevant policies to promote the penetration of the "Internet".The Internet is based on Internet platforms.It uses information technology to achieve cross-industry integration.As a new form of agricultural production and management,tourism agriculture is subject to geographical location,resources and traffic conditions.There are still many problems in its development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development of sightseeing agriculture in network era to increase farmers' income and realize rural prosperity.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development of tourism agriculture in the era of Internet.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theories and researches,the connotation of "Internet tourism agriculture" and the relationship between tourism agriculture and "agriculture,countryside and agriculture" are summarized.With the popularization of Internet technology,the mode of rural economic development has changed greatly.Agricultural fine production demonstration,intelligent agricultural model depth extension;cycle model innovation,e-commerce came into being;industrial chain change,the traditional industrial chain has been reshaped three important characteristics.Farmers have the characteristics of improving their education level,breaking out their innovation ability,connecting directly with the market,exchanging and helping each other and cooperating extensively.In rural areas,E-commerce accelerates penetration.Continuous improvement;Taobao Village rising rapidly.In addition,through the analysis of relevant cases,this paper sums up the three ways of promoting the development of tourism agriculture in China,including government-guided,technology-driven and market-oriented.Secondly,taking Chengdu as an example,this paper establishes the SWOT model to analyze the current situation and existing problems of tourism agriculture from the aspects of location,natural conditions,humanities and so on: first,the government is under great financial pressure;Second,imperfect system leads to the damage of farmers' rights and interests;third,"commercialization" is becoming more and more serious;fourth,the contradiction between environmental protection and the speed of development,which provides a targeted direction for the following research on Chengdu tourism agriculture development countermeasures.Finally,it analyzes the conditions for Chengdu to develop "Internet sightseeing agriculture" from the aspects of policy,facilities and talents,and summarizes the way to promote the development of "Internet sightseeing agriculture" in Chengdu on the basis of the above.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of tourism agriculture in Chengdu under the background of "Internet" : first,to do a good job of top-level design and to promote the open sharing of data;Second,develop measures according to local conditions,set up trade associations;third,expand investment channels and strengthen infrastructure construction;fourth,build "electronic commerce" service system;and fifth,establish and improve industrial talent training mechanism.Based on the research on the present situation and countermeasures of tourism agriculture in Chengdu,the author hopes that it will be of the same type in China.Development of tourism agriculture in china.
