A Study On The Agricultural Technology Extension System In Ziyang City

In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee proposed a strategy for rural revitalization.With the gradual implementation and deepening of the rural revitalization strategy,there will be a new change in agricultural development.The improvement of the agricultural technology extension system is not only conducive to the dissemination of advanced agricultural technology,but also contributes to the diversity development of China's agricultural industry.Ziyang,Sichuan Province is a large agricultural city.In recent years,Ziyang City?s investment in “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” has continued to increase.The Ziyang Municipal Committee and the municipal government have made important instructions on the promotion of agricultural technology in Ziyang,especially in the transformation of traditional agriculture.It has given high attention and attention to the application of agricultural science and technology transformation results.Improve the agricultural technology promotion system in Ziyang,solve the problem of grassroots agricultural technology promotion,and promote the “three rural” work in Ziyang to a new level.This is the task that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the review of a large number of literatures and survey data,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of agricultural technology extension system in Ziyang,draws on the advanced experience of foreign agricultural technology promotion,and proposes countermeasures to promote the improvement and development of agricultural technology extension system in Ziyang.The content of this paper includes the following six parts: The first part is the introduction,expounds the main content,writing method and technical route of this paper;the second part introduces the basic theory and related concepts;the third part describes the development of agricultural science and technology promotion system in Ziyang;The fourth part is based on the analysis of the current situation,and puts forward the existing problems of the agricultural extension system in Ziyang.The fifth part analyzes the development characteristics and advantages of the agricultural technology extension system in the United States,France and Japan,and summarizes the agriculture of each country.The technical promotion experience;the last part of the article is the conclusions and recommendations of this paper.Through the analysis and summary of the whole article,it provides feasible policy recommendations for the construction of agricultural technology extension system in Ziyang.The main research conclusions of this paper are: Although the agricultural technology extension system of Ziyang has been continuously improved,the effect of grassroots promotion is still not satisfactory.The following problems exist: 1.The agricultural technology promotion management system is relatively backward;2.The conversion rate of agricultural science and technology achievements is not high;3.The investment in agricultural technology promotion funds has achieved low results;4.The level of specialization and science and technology of agricultural technology promotion teams needs to be improved.In summary,the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the agricultural technology promotion system of Ziyang: The first point is to deepen the operation mechanism of the agricultural technology extension system of rural grassroots organizations;the second point is to establish a sound legal policy system.Improve the efficiency of agricultural technology promotion;Third,increase financial support and external environmental support,and increase the enthusiasm of the participants;Fourth,build a high-quality agricultural technology promotion team to enhance the level of specialization.
