Recycling Channel In Closed-loop Supply Chain Considering The Remanufacturing Cost And Government Subsidies

In recent years,with public strengthening consciousness of environmental and depletion of resources and rising costs for new energy exploration,as an important way of resource conservation and reuse,Remanufacturing is attracting more and more attention by companies.The development of remanufacturing,especially the reverse logistics in remanufacturing supply chain has become a hot research topic.Increasing number of scholars pay their attentions on the issue that the design of incentive mechanism between government and remanufacturing industry.Given all these,the article researches this problem by the use of literature review method,Stackelberg game analysis and example analysis based on the existed research results.The main content and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)In monopolistic recycling environment recycling channel in closed-loop supply chain based on remanufactured product's cost: Considering the remanufactured product's cost as endogenous variable,the optimal pricing strategy of closed-loop supply chain members under three recycling modes — manufacturer recycling,retailer recycling and the third-party recycling is discussed.Preferences for recycling channels are analyzed from the perspectives of the manufacturer's and retailer's profit,consumer surplus and recovery rate,respectively.The main conclusion is that,in the competitive environment,recycling manufacturers recycling decisions are influenced by remanufacturing cost,and retailers always choose to participate in recycling.(2)In competitive recycling environment recycling Channel in Closed-loop Supply Chain Based on Remanufactured Product's Cost,The competitive recovery model of manufacturer and retailer(MR),and third party competition recovery model(MT),retailer and third party competition recovery model(RT)are established.The article analyzes the influence of remanufacturing cost on various decisions under different competitive models,and compares the differences of different competitive models in terms of enterprise income,output of new products,output of remanufactured products and recovery efforts.The study found that,in the competition environment,manufacturers and retailers can choose not to participate in recycling.In the recovery of environment,therefore,need the government to participate in the recycling incentives.(3)The influence of government incentives on the remanufacturing industry: the article sets up the optimal problem of monopoly recovery of manufacturers under government subsidies.The influence of government subsidy and remanufacturing cost on manufacturer decision is analyzed.Research on monopoly environment recovery and recycling competition environment is studied.The pros and cons of different recycling model are analyzed.Hope the research results for enterprise decision-making to provide the reference.
