Because of the functions of reducing environment pollution andresource consumption, research institutions and governments all aroundthe world play high priority on closed-loop supply chain. Since the90s oflast century, reverse supply chain activities attract people’s attention; then,the closed-loop supply chain, which integrates forward supply chain andreverse supply chain, become to be a hotspot of academic research andbusiness practice. In the closed-loop supply chain management, theconstruction and operation of recovery system is a verycritical,complicated and massive work system which need sustaininginputs, it has the deep influence on the operation performance of thewhole closed-loop supply chain. Based on the remanufacturingclosed-loop supply chain, this paper mainly researched the networkconstruction and the actual operation of the recovery system. The mainresearch contents are as followed:First, the paper summarize related knowledge of closed-loop supplychain, including the formation and development,uncertainties androbustness, etc.Secondly, based on the theory of closed-loop supply chain, considerthe building elements of recovery system of remanufacturing closed-loopsupply chain. These elements mainly include: network structure, networkfunction, nodes location, and traffic analysis of the recovery system ofremanufacturing closed-loop supply chain. Then, the recovery system andits characteristics were analyzed. Meanwhile a model for recovery systemnetwork of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain was developedbased on integer liner programming approach. According to themathematical model, the numbers, location and capacities of various facilities and the allocation of corresponding goods flows in the networkare ascertained.Thirdly, The LINGO software was applied to solve the model ofrecovery system network. Through numerical simulation, the optimallocation, quantity and scale of recovery system network is ascertained bysetting remanufacturing rate and recovery rate.Finally, the paper analysis how the key uncertainties both recoveryrate and remanufacturing rate have reflect on the model and the solution.Then using the scenario analysis method, under the limited combinationof recovery rate and remanufacturing rate, the robustness of the modeland its solution are verified.
