Dairy products are nutrients need for human growth and health,and also are natural calcium supplement products.The high growth stance of stable dairy production,as well as the improvement of the income level of Chinese residents and the cultivation of drinking habits,have gradually promoted the rapid growth of dairy consumption.Then,due to the dairy supply chain's slow development,it leads to serious loss of quality and quantity in the production,transportation and sales of dairy products,resulting in failure to reach consumer satisfaction and the profit loss of product companies.At the same time,the dairy industry chain mainly includes dairy farming,dairy processing,storage and transportation of downstream service industry,and the final consumers.To ensure effective control of dairy product quality and quantity,we must control from the perspective of the entire dairy supply chain.Therefore,how to improve the actual arrival rate of dairy products,reduce the quality loss in the circulation process,and stabilize the supply of high-quality milk sources throughout the entire process has become an urgent problem to be solved in the dairy industry.In order to solve the above problems,based on the level of effort,this paper uses the network equilibrium method to study the optimal efforts of all parties in the supply chain,and uses the contract of “revenue sharing-cost sharing” to coordinate the profit of the main member of the dairy product supply chain.First of all,taking into account the fresh dairy industry has a lot of integrated cooperation with fierce competition,this paper from the viewpoint of the effort level,constructed a supply chain network equilibrium model to characterize the relationship of competition and cooperation among supply chain members by using variational inequality,and analyzed the impact of member's effort levels on the quality and quantity,competition and profits in fresh dairy industry supply chain.Then,the main reason for the impact on the quality and quantity of dairy products is caused by conflicts of interest between the members in the dairy supply chain,and the supply chain contract can effectively coordinate this problem.This thesis from the perspective of the dairy supply chain,analyzed and compared the optimal effort level,the members and the overall profit under the centralized decision-making model and the decentralized decision-making model.It is concluded that the centralized decision-making model is obviously superior to the decentralized decision-making model,and then proposes ‘revenue sharing'.The cost-sharing contract can effectively solve the supply chain coordination problem,and encourage the cooperation of members in the supply chain to solve the inefficiency problem.The research shows that mufacturers should pay close attention to the retailers' efforts,the retailer should improve their own efforts by taking active measures and save the circulation time to reduce losses;the separation of production and marketing enterprises should strengthen cooperation to form a community of interests,and other integration enterprises should strengthen production supervision and sales efforts to achieve an overall quality improvement;In order to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the dairy supply chain,producers and retailers should maintain a stable long-term cooperative relationship,and their level of efforts need to change dynamically according to the needs of consumers;At the same time,for promoting the sustainable development of the dairy industry,all parties must weigh the relationship between the cost of paying and the benefits.This study research will promote the production,storage and transportation capacity of the fresh dairy product supply chain,effectively promote the supply chain management of dairy products,and also can encourage profit coordination between producers and retailers.The main points of the thesis have certain reference significance for the decision-making and related research of dairy supply chain enterprises.
