Risk Manggement Research Of Medical E-commerce(B2C)

E-commerce has become an important driving force to promote a new round of economic growth in China.In the circulation area of medicine,E-commerce shows more rapid development trend.Medical electronic commerce is faced with an increasing number of internal and external risks because of its own business characteristics.Risk identification and management will have a significant influence on the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the risks faced in the operation of medical electronic commerce and to pertinently put forward precautionary measures.On the basis of summarizing the research results that have been achieved,this paper summarized the risk classifications of medical e-commerce(B2C)with risk management theory and the current status of B2 C business in Y company.Moreover,targeted risk optimization measures based on different risk categories have been put forward.By optimizing the risk management countermeasures,the successful implementation of the strategic objectives of the enterprise is guaranteed.This paper first expounds the related theory of risk management.Taking the e-commerce B2 C business in Y company as an example,this paper summarizes the risk management problems in Y company and analyzes its causes through internal interviews and external investigations.Concerning the enterprise characteristics of Y company and the need of operating personnel,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures to the B2 C risk management of Y company and establishes a more perfect risk management system with the risk management theory on the premise of putting forward the overall objective and the environmental foundation of the optimization of risk countermeasures.Combining the operational characteristics of medical circulation and electronic commerce,this paper puts forward new ideas and methods applicable to the risk management of medical e-commerce(B2C)with the help of risk management theory.It enriches the research in the field of risk management,provides references for the risk management of pharmaceutical e-commerce enterprises and has a certain reference value to the risk management of medical e-commerce enterprises.
