A Study On The Holistic Tourism Dvelepment In Jingning County

Based on the study of the meaning of global tourism and related theories,this article combines the development model research at home and abroad,under the perspective of global tourism,to study the county conditions.Data surveys,field trips,and questionnaires are used in Jingning County to analyze whether Jingning County has the potential to develop a global tourism system.The possibilities and necessities are not only suggestions for the development of Jingning County’s global tourism,but also an important analysis reference for whether other counties meet the development conditions of global tourism.Through the study,the author found that there are problems in Jingning County,such as inconvenient transportation in mountainous areas,weak tourism infrastructure,a lack of modern facilities,low integration of culture and travel,weak market concepts,unreasonable urban and rural layout,and lack of economic development.According to “The 13 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and “the 13 th Five-Year Tourism Development Plan” in Jingning County,and the construction of key projects there,Jingning will be built as a large-scale scenic area to construct the development layout of “a circle with multiple poles and two areas along four districts ”,proposing the concept of the overall layout of the development of Jingning County.First,it is clear that the development of global tourism in Jingning County should be based on the advantages of ecological resources,such as making full use of She minority culture to build it as the only autonomous county in China for further future development,and truly establish a She minority cultural brand.The March 3rd festival activities are no longer confined to the lunar calendar in March,thus creating festivals such as colored ribbon festivals,Dark rice festivals,folk song contests,costume design contests,dance competitions,etc.In this way tourism will be available in Jingning at all times.The second is through the construction of tourism projects,such as create a health care system,a new industry and trade tourism area,a summer resort,a Buddhist cultural tourism area,and a rural tourism area.In the case of rural tourism a different theme will be created for every village,so that scenic spots in Jingning can be fully developed and unique.The third is to introduce JingNing tourism to the world to promote the development of Jingning’s global tourism,integrating culture,agriculture,industry,sports,business and health.The fourth is to create a standard of local delicacies,offer homestays,develop new tourism routes,improve smart travel services,and enrich entertainment content.This paper demonstrates the practical application of the global tourism development in Jingning She Minority Autonomous County.It not only provides more comprehensive suggestions for the development of Jingning’s global tourism,but also a sample reference for other counties to also further develop their own global tourism plans.This also helps go beyond the misunderstanding of “promoting global tourism is to build tourist attractions and hotels everywhere”,providing a rational reference for government departments,tourism project operators,and tourism professionals.
