Construction And Application Of Tourism Resource Evaluation System From The Perspective Of Global Tourism

China's tourism industry has moved from the "spot tourism" to the "global tourism".Leisure travel,vacation travel and other modes instead of traditional sightseeing tour have become hot spots in the present.In the era of global tourism,the definition of tourism resources is no longer limited to scenic spots.The value and external conditions of resources have also produced new changes.New requirements have been put forward for the scientific evaluation of tourism resources.Therefore,from the perspective of global tourism,it is very meaningful to discuss the re-evaluation of tourism resources.However,there is still a lack of research in regard of it.Currently,there is no tourism resource evaluation standard applicable to the era of global tourism,which cannot provide effective guidance for actual planning.Thus,the tourism resource evaluation system from the perspective of global tourism was selected as the research object.On the basis of reviewing the current status of domestic and foreign research,the concepts,characteristics and application progress of global tourism were summarized.The value of tourism resources was proposed.Secondly,by referring to the existing tourism resource evaluation methods and learning the value of tourism resources in global tourism era,the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method were used to construct a tourism resource evaluation system from the perspective of global tourism.Finally,the study took Lin'an district of Hangzhou as an example to conduct an empirical study and analyze the tourism resources of Lin'an district.Therefore,the study put forward some suggestions for the development of tourism resources in Lin'an district of Hangzhou.Findings: The study found that global tourism was a new regional economic and social development concept characterized by resource ubiquity,service leisurely,industrial integration,management synthetically and sharing universally.With the arrival of the global tourism era,the value of leisure and recreation,totality,ecological environment as well as society and culture of tourism resources will be highlighted;the tourism resource evaluation system from the perspective of global tourism had a total of 4evaluation levels and 19 evaluation indicators.The evaluation included tourism resources value and the analysis of the regional tourism environment.It reflected the main characteristics of the global tourism era and expanded the value connotation of tourism resources;the overall quality of tourism resources in Lin'an district is excellent.Its reserves are rich,potential zoning andresource characteristics of global tourism are clear.In the future,it can establish a "one axis,three cores,and three zones" spatial development pattern.building a global tourism demonstration zone of Zhejiang Province and an international mountain ecological tourism destination through the integration of global resources,strengthening of superior resources,linkinig multi-level resources,and sharing of resources universally.
