Research On The Procurement Contract Management Of T Company

With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of contract management system,the signing of contracts has become one of the most important works of enterprises,which runs through the whole project implementation process.Therefore,contract management plays a very important role in modern enterprise management.We must attach great importance to contract management in order to better protect the development of enterprises and promote the economic effectiveness of enterprises.At the same time,we can improve the risk prevention system,formulate effective contract management system,strengthen contract management and pay attention to contract risk prevention,which are very important for maintaining company's own interests,reputation,brand and image.This paper takes the procurement contract management of T as an example to illustrate the background and significance of the thesis,and understanding the theoretical research of contract management both at home and abroad,and confirm the purpose and content of this thesis.The research idea of the paper is to identify problems ? analyze problems ? solve problems.First,we fully understand the status of T company contract management,and through comparison,questionnaires and examples,we find some problems in contract management: T's procurement contract management has low internal status,loopholes in contract management,low efficiency in contract management,lack of rigor in contract terms,loopholes in contract proofreading and so on.Then,after summarizing every problem,we apply five questions analysis,logical tree analysis,MECE analysis and brainstorming to analyze the causes of the problem until we find the root cause.Finally,formulate corresponding countermeasures for each root cause.Time trap analysis,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are applied,perfect contract management and procurement management system,establish supplier evaluation system and Contract management evaluation system,standard contract and procurement management regulations,which can solve the T current procurement contract management problems,and enhance the company's management level and staff management ability.T continuously improves its contract management efficiency and improves its contract quality by finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.So,according to the company's own business has its particularity and status quo,tailored to develop a series of solutions for T company,enhance the company's contract management is the core of this dissertation,which is the key to the company in the fierce market competition in an invincible position can.
