In the rapid development of our country's economy and society at the same time,the population structure is changing.By the late 20 th century,our country has entered the stage of population aging society.Due to the effect of family planning policy,most families in our country belongs to the "421" family,rely on the family endowment function,it cannot achieve perfect pension mechanism,coupled with the lack of community endowment service system,therefore,the emergence of endowment rehabilitation mechanism will play an important role.Therefore,the endowment of rehabilitation mechanism of the future development of our country,the innovation mechanism,improve the level of pension service and quality.Public-private partnership(Public-Private Partnerships),hereinafter referred to as PPP,is a new type of cooperation mechanism,main is established jointly by the Public sector and the Public sector,the main content is to provide Public products and Public service,realize the share in terms of benefits and risks.The traditional public goods supply,due to the limitation of conditions,the presence of large amounts of capital,technology and management problems.Take the PPP mode,can effectively integrate the public sector and the public sector in all kinds of advantages,reasonable solutions to these problems.Since the 1980 s,the introduction of PPP model in our country,in many aspects such as public goods and infrastructure projects are widely used,and achieved excellent results.Combined with the application of PPP model in our country,in the field of supplying public products and services can be further play a role.Therefore,in the field of the endowment institution building,also can introduce the PPP mode,effectively improve the various problems existing in the development of current endowment institutions.This paper aimed at the research background is analyzed,and then comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the development of the PPP theory and application.In the third part,based on the current situation of the development of Chinese pension institution is analyzed,the fourth part,the analysis of the PPP mode and the endowment the main content of the rehabilitation center.The fifth part,combined with actual project were analyzed,and the last part is the conclusion part,to summarize the content of the full text.
