| Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)driving training and application service is a new business.Various driving training and application service organizations are flourishing from 2014.Many problems are exposed in practice due to the lack of mature experience of the compensation of business personnel.This paper focuses on the compensation improvement of the business personnel of Qingdao wind vane technology co.,ltd.First,this paper systematically analyzes the literature of training teachers,technical service personnel,marketing personnel compensation.Second,the development strategy of the wind vane company and the characteristics of the main business are analyzed.Then the paper analyzes the problems in the current compensation method of the wind vane company training teachers,UAV application service personnel,UAV training and application service marketing personnel.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the pay improvement of the business personnel of the wind vane company.It is suggested that the company establish a professional promotion system for teachers and application service personnel,and link with the post salary in salary,establish the performance appraisal system and link with the performance salary in salary.It is recommended that the company implement the performance incentive and performance incentive compensation for marketing personnel,and use different salary items to correspond with this.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures of the company business personnel pay improvement measures. |
