The Research Of The Science And Technology Enterprise Performance Evaluation Based On Factor Analysis

In the knowledge economy times,science and technology enterprises has contributed more and more to our national economy,science and technology enterprise's performance is directly related to China's economic and social development.In order to monitor and evaluate the performance of the enterprise scientifically and reasonably,intend to summarize the characteristics of science and technology enterprises in an all-round way,based on these,the paper establishes a set of scientific and perfect performance evaluation system,to evaluate the comprehensive performance of science and technology enterprises,thereby improving the present situation of science and technology enterprises performance evaluation.Firstly,the thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research achievements of the science and technology enterprise performance evaluation,to provide the foundation for the following research.Secondly,objectively analyze the current situation about performance evaluation of science and technology enterprises in China,and find out the problems in them.And on this basis,summarize the characteristics of science and technology enterprises in an all-round way,design the corresponding evaluation index,build a performance evaluation system which is suitable for the development of science and technology enterprises.Thirdly,taking scientific study and technological service enterprise as an example,use factor analysis method to evaluate the comprehensive performance of 24 scientific study and technological service enterprises in 2015,and then objectively draw a conclusion of the overall situation about the development of science and technology enterprises.Meanwhile,take R as an example,carry out specific horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,and apply for the evaluation system and evaluation method.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,provide targeted advice for the sustainable and healthy development of the science and technology enterprises,promoting the further development of the science and technology enterprises.Using the factor analysis method,the comprehensive performance includes risk control ability,R&D input and output ability,R&D process management ability,growth ability,and these four aspects are interconnected.Through the analysis,at present,the overall development level of science and technology enterprises in China is general,getting into polarization,and more than half of the companies are not ideal for innovation,which means that the development space of science and technology enterprises in China is still very large.The science and technology enterprise is required to establish a sense of innovation,focus on all aspects of the business process,both process and result,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
