Since ancient times,China has been deeply influenced by the Confucian culture,emphasizing the five cardinal principles,namely,father and son,king and minister,etc.,and emphasizing the distinction between the top and the bottom and the order of sen-iority in these relations,which is a vertical order rather than a horizontal one.Differential leadership is derived from China's long-standing local culture.It refers to the le-adership style in which leaders treat their employees differently,that is,they treat insi-ders in a biased way and treat outsiders in a businesslike way.Under the influence of Confucian culture,China has gradually accepted the baptism of modern social thoughts,but the long-standing traditional culture has been deeply rooted in individual thoug-hts.In the local context,it is crucial to make full use of the advantages of the local leadership style and promote employees to have positive work behaviors.Therefore,this research in Chinese traditional culture background,supported by the social exchange theory,the analysis of difference type leadership and employee work mechanism of action of prosperity,the employees as analysis object,USES the questionnaire for data collection,back a total of 332 valid questionnaires,makes an empirical analysis using Lisrel8.7 and SPSS24.0,inspection of difference prosperity,the relationship between the leadership style and employee's job and verify employee insider identity perception of intermediary role and proactive personality adjustment.Literature review was conducted on each variable,and reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted on each variable.The conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)differential leadership has a positive effect on employees' job prosperity;(2)differential leadership has a positive influence on the perception of employee's internal identity;(3)insider identity perception has a positive impact on the prosperity of employees' work;(4)insider identity perception plays a part of the intermediary role between differential leadership and employee work prosperity;(5)pro-active personality plays a moderating role between insider's identity perception and employee's work prosperity.
