Tourism experience is the feeling and experience of the landscape environment and process experienced by tourists through sensory organs and thinking activities,which runs through the whole process of tourism.The core of tourism behavior research is tourism experience,which is rich in content and can provide a new perspective and broad platform for theoretical research of tourism geography's tourism planning and management practice.With the Internet development of the tourism industry,online tourism has emerged as a new service format.Tourists can order suitable tourism products on the Internet through the tourism website and comment on the travel experience on the website after the trip.As an important data source of tourism experience research,web reviews have attracted extensive attention from relevant researchers.Therefore,on the basis of collecting and processing the web review data of tourists in Changbai mountain scenic area,this paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to conduct semantic network analysis and emotional analysis on the words with high frequency appearing in the web review of tourists in Changbai mountain,explores the influencing factors of the tourist experience in Changbai mountain from the tourists' personal feeling and experience,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the tourist experience in Changbai mountain scenic area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through high-frequency word extraction,it is found that the most frequent mentioned word in tourist experience evaluation is "Tianchi";According to the general situation of characteristic words of high-frequency words and combining with the tourism characteristics of Changbai mountain,the tourist experience of Changbai mountain can be divided into six main categories: scenic spot,scenic service,transportation,catering,accommodation and natural environment,among which tourists have the most prominent perception of scenic spots.(2)According to the emotional analysis of tourists' comments,it is found that most tourists have a positive attitude towards the trip,and the generation of negative emotions mainly results from the differences in the service level of tour guides.Tourists' tourism experience with Changbai mountain as the theme can be divided into five levels: somatosensory induction,interactive participation,emotional change,value judgment and spiritual attribution.it is progressive from shallow to deep from somatosensory induction to spiritual attribution.Among them,somatosensory induction not only refers to physical action,but also includes time flow and organ perception.Interactive participation refers to the interaction between tourists and the scenic resources and groups of Changbai mountain.Emotion change is produced under the interaction between the tourist's feeling and the essential factor of scenic area;Value judgment is a kind of view and evaluation of the surroundings by tourists in the process of traveling.Spiritual attribution is the impact of travel on the body,mind,spirit and heart of tourists,as well as the exploration of life and the survey of the heart.(4)In order to further improve the tourist experience of Changbai mountain scenic area,the quality of scenic area staff can be improved to optimize the experience;Increase the interactive participation of tourists and optimize the operation reasonably;guide the interpretation of Changbai mountain's cultural connotation and deepen the connotation of experience.
