Over the past 10 years,the operating environment enterprise faced increasingly changed,the rapid innovation of technology made many organizations to be in the unoccupied position,which forced them to keep constant innovation and maintain a high level of sensitivity;Current organizational structure can't adapt to the continuous enlargement of organization scale.A large number of studies have manifested that organizational transformation corresponds to at least the change of three forms:breakage of industry,the change of the product life cycle,and internal turbulence of enterprise.Therefore,a lot of organizations need to change themselves fundamentally in order to better adapt to the environment,the increasingly fierce international competition has forced many organizations to change them be more efficient and more flexible.On the basis of literature analysis,firstly author reviewed and collated the existing research on cognitive depth and breadth of organization structure change,then take J company as an example to explore the tactics of organizational structure change,through the analysis of J company's external environment and internal environment to understand the opportunities and challenges;Through the analysis of its organizational structure change process,author explored the factors that affect the change and power that promote the change;Through the analysis to the current situation to open the black box that strategic adjustment influenced organization structure change.In the process of research,this article focused on the dynamic process of organization structure adjustment,and researched the impact to organization structure strategic change caused;Namely,this article not only explored the universality of the used theories,but also in-depth analyzed the uniqueness the target company as an individual.Through the above research,this article summarized the tactics plan the target company in the process of organization structure change,made the practical and universal organizational structure adjustment implement plan,and put forward the opinion and thesuggestion,to a certain extent,can provide a reference for enterprises in the aspect of organization structure adjustment strategy.
