Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Strengthening Rural Collective Economy In The New Era

From the perspective of theory and practice,it is very necessary to study the dynamic mechanism of the rural collective economy and find a suitable path for it.Firstly,this paper constructs an analytical framework of the rural collective economic dynamic mechanism,specifically expounds the main body of dynamic and dynamic factors of rural collective economic development,and analyzes the “dynamic factors-main body” of rural collective growth and draws a model diagram of the dynamic mechanism of the rural collective.economic development.Secondly,according to the dynamic mechanism analysis framework constructed in the previous section and combined with the actual development of rural collective economy in China,the Huayuan Village of Zhejiang,Xiaogang Village of Anhui Province,Dazhai Village of Shanxi Province and Tangyue Village of Guizhou Province were selected as classic cases to carry out the empirical observations of dynamic mechanism.The development process,the main body of dynamic,the dynamic factors and the dynamic mechanism under the specific development model of the rural collective economy in four cases are specifically analyzed.Finally,combining the advanced experience of the case and the national actual situation,it sums up three characteristics: the diversification of the dynamic main body and dynamic factors of the rural collective economic power mechanism,the dominant role of the government and the importance of the “rural elite” are significant.It is found that in the process of the development and expansion of the rural collective economy in the new era,there are still problems such as weak participation of the main players,“political economy” has a larger proportion,and low cooperation betweenthe main body of dynamic.The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the dynamic mechanism of the rural collective economy are proposed from six aspects,they are converting the government functions,improve the participation of enterprises and peasants,optimizing the rural collective organizational system,effectively playing the role of "rural elites",establishing a reasonable interest connection mechanism,and standardizing the operation mechanism of rights and responsibilities.
