| Faced with the increasingly severe market competition environment and the tightening of national policies,the pressure on the survival and development of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies in China is increasing.More and more pharmaceutical companies are beginning to strengthen internal management,and performance management is to improve internal operations management.Efficiency and an effective tool for achieving corporate strategic goals.It constantly seeks to improve the shortcomings and causes of management,and then continuously improve,so as to achieve the sharing and common development with each employee’s interests.At present,although many domestic enterprises have established and implemented a performance management system,the results are not satisfactory.The reason is not only effectively affected by the traditional concept of human governance,but also because it simply adopts the use of the doctrine,copying the performance management templates of large enterprises at home and abroad,and does not improve according to the characteristics of the enterprise,the evaluation indicators can not support The strategic goal of enterprise development,which leads to the flow of performance management.Taking T company as an example,this paper finds the problems in the performance management system through the employee satisfaction questionnaire.In the corporate culture,management and employees have insufficient understanding of performance management,company discipline is loose,corporate strategic objectives are not broken down,employees have no work goals and pressures,work efficiency is low,performance appraisal indicators are unreasonable,performance appraisal As a form,the assessment results were not effectively applied,and the personal development of employees was hindered.This paper combines the problems of T company and the characteristics of the industry,proposes the optimization ideas from the corporate culture,decomposes the strategic goals of the enterprise based on the target management method,combines KPI and GS to design and optimize the performance indicators and assessment methods of T company,and evaluates the performance.The result is combined with employee career development,eliminating problems and adverse effects from the root causes,improving employee incentives,and further improving the company’sperformance management.In order to enhance T’s core competitiveness,stimulate corporate innovation,and ensure the company’s stable and sustainable development,it provides practical solutions to achieve positive impact.It is also expected to provide some help for the improvement of the internal operation management of pharmaceutical companies like T company. |
