In twenty-first Century the development of the market economy condition, the enterpriseis facing a more intense competition in the times, corporeal resource is no longer theenterprise survival and the development of the first elements, human resources system, thetalent competition is the most urgent problem. Along with the Chinese economy and level ofscience and technology continues to improve, more and more foreign enterprises and privateenterprises in China, enterprises and employees have more choice, but to the enterprise,outstanding technical staff and lead to business cost is increased and the loss of intangibleassets, so the enterprise through the effort of each respect, to improve employee satisfaction,enhance the employees a sense of belonging to the enterprise, reduce employee turnover, thishas become the enterprises in the talent competition to win the key. Therefore, how to designand implement employee satisfaction survey, analyze problems and to improve the presentsituation to improve the comprehensive management level of enterprises, enterprises hasbecome an important part of human resource management and the core content of.This article take the Guangzhou YS pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd as the researchobject, for the past two years the staff working efficiency is low, the turnover rate of rise ofthe phenomenon, through the methods of literature study, interview and questionnaire surveymethod, statistical analysis, and employee satisfaction related to the hierarchicaldecomposition, also according to the sex, age, seniority, education to carry out the statisticsanalysis, designed to meet the current situation of YS company employee satisfaction surveyquestionnaire, according to the survey data analysis, clear the employee satisfaction and theinfluencing factors between the relevance, found in compensation and benefits, performanceappraisal, job development and job satisfaction is low in the four directions, aims at thequestion to propose the improving measures and suggestions. The research for thedevelopment of enterprise to improve employee satisfaction plan provide a basis, ultimatelyto save cost, improve enterprise benefit.
