In recent years,With the development and progress of the mobile Internet,mobile phone network signals are fully covered and the network speed is stable,and the Internet of Things smart home is becoming more and more popular in life.The convenient use of mobile payment for mobile phones has made all walks of life pay attention to the new operating mode of the Internet.Since the start of the first self-service laundry store in the United States,the laundromat has taken root throughout the world.Since the 1990 s,the development of the 24-hour laundromat has been nearly 30 years,and it is facing the convergence of the general trend of welcoming the Internet.The author started investing in this project five years ago,studied and researched a large number of laundry companies and mobile Internet cases,combined with Internet of Things application technology and mobile Internet management platform,and made operational business models for Shuiyang and 24-hour laundromat.Research on improved strategies.This paper studies the operation mode of the domestic laundry industry and the laundromat for many years.It is based on the 24-hour self-service laundry in the Shuiyang company.The anonymous questionnaire and the financial data of the company are combined to analyze the current problems of the company.the reason.The first is that the marketing of the store is not enough.After the opening of the store,basically only rely on the promotion during the event and the potential customers who know it,but the mobile residents do not promptly publicize,so that the new neighbors know the laundromat.Location and service.Secondly,the service quality of the laundry customers is not high.The customers go to the store for self-service laundry.If there is any problem,they can only call the customer service phone to find the store manager to solve the problem.There are no more channels to handle the good things warmly and conveniently.Once again,the store's self-service equipment management has a low capacity,and the equipment in the existing operation mode is in the offline operation state.The enterprise and the franchisee cannot know the status of the equipment,and can only be scheduled to be processed on-site according to the customer's telephone notification.This makes it impossible for the device to be idle.Faced with these problems,Shuiyang has developed four major hardware systems and three major Internet platforms to solve.The first is based on the Internet of Things communication gateway system to ensure two-way communication of hardware devices.The second is to install the IoT intelligent system module on the ordinary washing machine and dryer,so that the traditional device can access the Dreamfly cloud computing platform through the mobile phone network card,and the device networking support remote management.The third is to combine the smart card printing system with the Internet of Things communication gateway system,so that each credit card record is fed back to the management platform in real time.The fourth is to replace the mechanical function modules of imported and domestic washing machines with the intelligent washing machine and dryer main board system modules to ensure the successful connection with the IoT intelligent system module instructions.On the basis of intelligent equipment,the improvement of the operation mode is realized by the new three major Internet platforms.First,the store and equipment management platform to open accounts with different permissions for each store,and put each device authority under the store,can easily understand the device status and management equipment parameters and operating charges,and provide O2 O reservation laundry management.Support and so on.The second is the scanning code collection platform,which can realize the aggregate payment function including Alipay,WeChat payment,UnionPay payment,etc.,which is convenient for the guests to enjoy consumption,automatically register the fans and deposit the consumption points record.The third is the member and marketing management platform,which can provide electronic membership card real-name authentication users free of charge,provide more marketing activities to members,and can meet the needs of customers by combining online and offline integrated marketing modes of O2 O booking laundry.Compared with the operation mode of other laundry companies,the improvement of this paper is to increase O2 O reservation laundry and internet marketing platform,use the Shuiyang laundry shop to provide laundry drying service,and return the guest's clothes within 2 hours.The original equipment is only upgraded and not eliminated,and the store provides service and no self-service.Finally,the implementation of safeguards for operational model improvement requires enterprises to support the talent recruitment,skills training,corporate culture and other aspects in order to achieve the desired goals.
