Due to the huge investment into the infrastructure construction in the past decade,Sany has made remarkably large accumulation of capital. However, in despite of thelarge amount of money, low efficient operation and monotony business model arebecoming the main obstacles that are restricting the development of the company. Inorder to survive the severe market competition and adapt to the social development, itis essential that the company adopt new operation models. On the other hand, theinternet of things is considered the most influential technological revolution andworld-changing technology. Under such circumstance, the integration of the internetof things into traditional enterprise operation models is ready to come into being.Thus, the research on the internet-of-things-based enterprise operation model canbe of great contribution to the fast and steady development of Sany and the industry inthe future.First, detailed analysis of the entire construction machinery industry is givenfrom aspects of current development, characteristics, etc., and conclusion of how thebusiness models disturb the development of the corporations and the industry iselicited. Then the internal operating model, business and general status of Sany arediagnosed, and the general situation and operating defects are analyzed. On the basisof this, analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company.After Thorough and complete analysis of the company status, aninternet-of-things-based solution for enterprise operation is brought forward, whichincludes the specific system structure, key technologies and objectives. The final goalis to realize design and construction of a three-layer structure of internet of things forconstruction machines (detection layer, transmission layer and application layer).Last but not the least, solution to the realization of internet-of-things-based Sanyenterprise operation model is presented. This solution involves the construction of aR&D system concerning both the corporation and the customers based on knowledgesharing system, the adoption of flexible management based on collaborativemanufacturing model, the design of the sustainable quality control system based on complete-life-cycle quality management, the expansion of the multi-platform salesnetwork covering equipment tenancy monitoring platform and search enginepromotion, the creation of new business model via remote maintenance system andnew types of service, and the establishment of all-win relationship betweencorporations based on Sany enterprise internet of things.
