| Human beings had and have been maintaining a pursuit of healthcare.With the rapid development of economy as well as the change of consumption concept and lifestyle,people pay more and more attention to health.However,population aging,sub-health and other increasingly outstanding social problems affect the promotion of life quality.Health and quality life are one of the hot topics of country,society and even individuals.We attach importance to public health all the way,and because of the proposal of the strategy “Healthy China”,healthcare cultural resource is becoming a new card and new resource of social development in many places.The resource is based on longevity,health,ecology and green development and other elements.The Yao Ethnic Group are an old minority and one of the most longevous minorities in China and in the world.As an important member of great Chinese nation family,their minority community and cultural life contain varied healthcare culture.In Guangxi,there is the largest population of the Yao Ethnic Group settling,so the Yao Ethnic Group in Guangxi are well-known for a magical phenomenon(a great number of aged people more than 100 years old live in a small area),for example,Bama Yao Ethnic autonomous county in Guangxi has long been a world-famous “Home of Longevity”.“Clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver”.Healthcare culture of Guangxi Yao Ethnic not only creates life miracles but also brings many opportunities to healthcare industries,which are based on these culture resources.Especially,this culture has far-reaching influence on the targeted poverty alleviation measures of industries.Bama county,Dahua county,Du’an county,Jinxiu county,Fuchuan county,Gongcheng county and other Yao ethnic autonomous counties are all called “Home of Longevity in China” and important areas of Chinese targeted poverty alleviation policy.Therefore,on the basis of exploiting and sorting out the culture and taking the development of theses cultural resources as starting points,this paper selects the above counties as survey districts and analyzes the time value,present development and theoretical basis of the combination of the culture and the targeted poverty alleviation policy,further exploring the ways that the resources of this culture assist poverty al eviation course in minority areas.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,including selection c ause,significance,related research trends,methodology and related concepts needed in the paper.The second chapter introduces the constitution and features of the culture and explains its strengths.From the distribution of Yao Ethnic Groups and in the perspective of village community and family individual life,this chapter sorts out its contents in living environment,eating habits,dress culture,community space etc.,and then finds out that this culture is rich in resources,varied in kinds,coherent in inheritance and distinct in region.Its strengths,as the foundation of industrial growth,play an important role in promoting industrial development of healthcare and advancement of the targeted poverty al eviation policy.The third chapter elaborates the background information and significance of the combination of the healthcare culture of Guangxi Yao ethnic and the targeted poverty alleviation policy and demonstrates the theory relevance between the resources and the policy.The core problem presented is how to transfer the resources into a good remedy which can serve or even change the impoverished situation of the Yao Ethnic Group.The exploiting of the resources can interpenetrate in the following three fields: severe situation of targeted poverty alleviation policy,fast-developed industries of healthcare and cultural heritage that needs urgent inheritance and protection,making the three backgrounds develop reasonably,harmoniously and healthily,and further proving the realistic practicability of the combination of the culture and the policy.The fourth chapter mainly studies the practice exploration of the combination of the above two main elements.The development of healthcare cultural resources in Gunagxi “Dong Ba Feng”(Donglan county,Bama county and Fengshan county in Hechi Guangxi)longevity golden triangle is the forerunner and a typical case of this practice exploration.This chapter introduces and concludes the targeted poverty alleviation practice of three ways: tourism resources,ecological agriculture and industries of healthcare in this area and then proves the abundant results of the targeted poverty alleviation policy on “Dong Ba Feng” healthcare culture with rich and live examples,providing referential experience and lessons for other Yao ethnic areas.Based on the development of Guangxi “Dong Ba Feng” healthcare resources,exploration ways and practical experience of poverty alleviation plan,in terms of the current status of Guangxi Yao ethnic health industries and according to the local realities,the fifth chapter discusses strategies of transferring “cultural resources advantages” into “industrial poverty alleviation plan”.Combing Yao ethnic cultural healthcare resources respectively with tourism poverty alleviation,agriculture poverty alleviation and cultural industries poverty alleviation are the three main strategies.At last,this chapter draws a blueprint of transferring “industrial poverty alleviation plan” into “regional competitive advantages”,positioning the deep integration of the Yao ethnic healthcare culture and the targeted help-the-poor policy on macro-level: creating first-level nationwide industrial clusters of healthcare,building demonstration areas of national industrial poverty alleviation and activating new development engine of Guangxi ethic region economy,with the hope that abundant elements of Yao ethnic healthcare culture will be exploited sufficiently and applied to poverty al eviation cause in minority areas. |
