Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Ethnic Areas

China has always put the benefits of sharing economic development in the minority areas in a key position.General Secretary Xi Jinping highly emphasized the importance and necessity of accurately helping the poor in the process of economic development in ethnic minority areas.As a major strategic decision of poverty governance in China,precision poverty alleviation is different from the previous "rough irrigation" poverty alleviation.It is of great significance to integrate poverty alleviation with precision,effectively alleviate or solve poverty problems in ethnic areas,so as to achieve "no nation left behind",to build a well-off society in an all-round way,realize common prosperity,and complete the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article uses Xi Jinping's series of precise poverty alleviation,the intergenerational transmission theory of poverty and Amartya Sen's theory of ability poverty and rights poverty,and uses literature research,case studies and in-depth interviews.The data of the questionnaire was analyzed by mathematical,physical and chemical analysis,and the actual situation,existing problems and future path directions of targeted poverty alleviation in X Autonomous County of Qinghai Province were discussed.The study found that in the process of poverty alleviation in X Autonomous County of Qinghai Province,there were many problems such as the predatory erosion of poverty alleviation resources,the phenomenon of external dependence returning to poverty,the deviation of poverty alleviation goals and poverty alleviation needs,and the lack of effective accumulation of talents.In response to the above problems,the path of targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas is proposed in the future: first,to strengthen the rule of law and prevent elite corruption;second,to adhere to poverty alleviation and encourage endogenous motivation;third,to strengthen the discourse rights of the poor;fourth,to cut off the poor cultural generation Transmission.Through the study of targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,the aim is to promote the normalization,effectiveness and stability of targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,truly complete the historical task of "lifting the hat from poverty" in ethnic areas,and provide experience for other similar ethnic areas.
