With the increasing competition of the market and the increasingly significant individualized needs of customers,Make-to-Order?MTO?companies have a clear competitive advantage,and a reasonable production strategy is to promote such enterprises.To develop and improve the key elements of its core competitiveness,it is of great significance to study the production decision-making problems of enterprises under the MTO model.Based on this background,this paper considers the production decision-making problem of MTO enterprises in the face of uncertain future demand.In actual production decision-making,such enterprises often encounter the following situations:the customer's future product order demand is unpredictable within a certain period of time,and the fixed cost of producing a single batch of products is high,and the enterprise is subject to certain conditions for delaying the penalty fee.Therefore,companies need to consider an appropriate production strategy in an uncertain market environment to meet customer needs while making total fixed production costs and delay penalty costs optimal.The classical optimization methods mostly give the optimal decision-making scheme when the future order demand faced by the enterprise is subject to a certain random distribution or stochastic process.However,once the demand hypothesis changes,the optimal solution given by these methods will lose its optimality.In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional optimization methods,the paper takes advantage of the busy algorithm and its competitive strategy analysis method to consider the multi-product production decision problem when the future product order demand information is uncertain and does not satisfy any distribution,achieved certain research results.This paper firstly introduces the research background and main research issues of the thesis.Then it summarizes the current research status of the production operation problem and the busy competition theory under the MTO mode.At the same time,it introduces the relevant basic theories and basic research methods used in this paper.How to use the idea of busy decision to establish a multi-product busy production decision model.Then,the research on the fixed production cost of multi-products was carried out at the same time and at different times,and the special cases when only two types of products were produced were considered.Finally,the content of the full-text research was summarized and the future research was prospected.The main research work and conclusions of the thesis include the following aspects:1.Research on multi-product busy production problems.In order to improve their core competitiveness and meet the diverse needs of customers,enterprises often produce not only one type of products.This paper combines the actual production situation of enterprises and uses the analysis method of busy competition theory to design multi-product busy production with unknown future demand.The strategy considers the special case when there are only two types of products.The competition ratio is 4 when the products are produced,and the competition ratio is 3 when only two types of products are produced.Finally,the numerical example is verified.The effectiveness of a given strategy.2.Research on production problems when fixed production costs are different.In the actual production process,different products may have different fixed costs because of different order management costs.Therefore,this paper constructs a multi-product busy production decision model for different fixed production costs,and considers the special situation when the fixed production costs of the two types of products are different,designs the corresponding busy production strategy,and analyzes the problem of busy competition.It proves that the competition ratio when producing many kinds of products is 4?35?C.the competition ratio when only two types of products is 3C?35?,and the?35?C=Cmax/Cmi n.umerical examples are used to verify that the given busy strategy performs better under actual production conditions.3.Research on multi-product offline optimal production problems.Based on the research of busy production problems,this paper analyzes the problem of multi-product offline optimal production,establishes a mathematical model with the optimal production cost as the objective function,and refers to the method and idea of the shortest path method.The offline production problem is solved,and finally a specific numerical example is used to describe and simulate the specific steps of the method.The research and conclusions of this paper not only make up for the shortcomings of the traditional order production problem,but also assume the existence of random distribution of future demand information,enrich the research on multi-product production decision-making under MTO mode,and also study similar existing busy problems.Useful supplements and extensions.
