With the development of the social economy,the manufacturing industry has maintained a rapid growth momentum.The production plan is the core of production management,so identifying problems in the production process and formulating corresponding efficient production planning solutions can help reduce manufacturing waste and improve customer satisfaction.It has positive significance for the rapid development of enterprises and the response to market diversification.However,in the actual production planning process,manufacturers of multi-product,multi-stage and small-volume products face a large amount of uncertain and inaccurate information,which has brought great obstacles to the development of this type of enterprise.To this end,the paper mainly studies the production planning problem in uncertain environment in several aspects.This article aims to guide enterprise applications.In the background of AD enterprise electronic factory production,through the field data collection and process analysis,the value flow chart is used to identify the problems in the production process,and the production plan research is carried out in order to obtain more effective and comprehensive,closer to the actual production situation.Firstly,the limitations of the production planning management of multi-product multi-stage small-volume products with randomness and traditional uncertainty in production planning optimization are analyzed.After that,the research is mainly divided into two parts:In the first part,the order is put into production based on the maximum entropy weight of the dominant rough set.Considering six uncertainties of product output,time period,operation technology,processing method,processing equipment and product characteristics,construct an evaluation index system that affects the order of order production,and use the maximum entropy method of the rough set to produce the production order conduct a production priority assessment.In the second part,based on the priority of order production and the traditional uncertain optimization method,introducing the interval gray number theory into the production plan optimization model based on the limited research on production planning problems,and the multi-product,multi-stage multi-planning period,the problem of uncertain production planning,abstracting a scenario of a conventional production plan,guiding production cost and market satisfaction,constructing a production planning model with interval variables,and solving production planning models through target planning and interval optimization methods.The study found that the interval number optimization method can be used to solve the production planning problem in an uncertain environment.Through the practice data verification,proved its validity and feasibility.
