As one of the three major economic pillars of China's financial industry,insurance industry serving economic society capability have changed dramatically.Insurance in our country plays a considerable role in the construction market economy.In recent years,people's awareness of risk and security has improved to another level.The Insurance industry as a demand of an era is being pushed to the center of the storm.Since the insurance industry resumed operation in 1979,the insurance premiums in China grew more than 20% each year,the fastest-growing industry in the national economy.In the past year of 2016,the industry has gathered total assets of more than 15 trillion yuan.However,in the face of such rapid growth and huge market demand,the insurance industry in our country is still in the primary stage of development.The insurance industry is such a promising industry,and is bound to face fierce competition,and the core-competence for a company would be the insurance experts and talents.Besides the incompetent insurance broker,lower proficiency and integrity issues,communication problem being the major obstacle of the industry development.The company of author stay had been encountered this issue.This article is based on the TP Life Insurance talent development project “The Future Strategy(TFS)” and talks about how TFS project helps TP Life Insurance achieve principles of high competency,high quality and high performance(3-highs),which leads to the most unique and competent role in the industry.This article analyzes status quo of communication management during the project implementation in the first phase,and finds out chaos in project internal communication,poor external communication and lack of project supervision,leaving project objectives unachieved.As per the analysis of the problems mentioned above,this article proposes five suggestions to improving communication management systematically: robust project communication system,improved communication skills,stakeholder analysis,compiling of communication plan,information exchange,execution report and administration summary.For the features of talent development insurance project,the introduction of Office Automation system and concept(HAB hierarchical directory)is helping to build a thorough project communication system.Using PAC personalities communicate behavior theory to help understand the psychic interactive when our talent students facing customers.This paper,by putting forward the improvement methods for communication management of the Project,plays a guiding role in implementation of this Project,and can be used as reference for other talent development projects.
