On June 6,2010,the outline of talent development issued by the central government clearly pointed out that enterprise development should be "people-oriented." It is of great significance to the talent work under the new situation.On July 14,2016,the talent development plan issued by the general office of shandong provincial party committee requires talents as the first resource for economic and social development.With the gradual marketization of the communication industry,the competition between enterprises or related enterprises in the communication industry is becoming more and more fierce.In these high-tech enterprises,talent mining and training is particularly important.Also because of the fierce competition among enterprises,the changes and changes of talents in the industry are quite ordinary.Based on the reality of X-communication technology company,this paper analyzes the brain drain problem of X-communication technology company,mainly from two aspects: internal reasons and industry reasons.In the internal analysis of the company's internal causes,the research combines the management model of “5P” human resource management proposed by Dr.Zheng Xiaoming.The research is mainly from five aspects: Perception?Pick?Placement?Professional?Preservation.The reasons for the brain drain and the problems of the company were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions and suggestions for improvement were put forward.The external reasons of the company,namely the industry reasons,are analyzed from two aspects: the flow of industry personnel and the pain points of the industry.Propose improvement plans based on problem analysis,The solutions that concern the company are the composition of the human resource system;Improvement of human resource management system;Provide Suggestions for improvement of employee's help and care.The external improvement plan involves how to deal with the development trend of the industry;how to realize the employee's own value and other aspects of improvement Suggestions.Finally,the paper introduces the guarantee measures for improvement measures,including the guarantee of constructing a reasonable human resource management system and strengthening the supervision andassessment of the implementation of the new management system.For X communication technology company,reducing the brain drain and keeping the talent relatively stable are the needs of X communication technology company to achieve the sustainable development goals.This paper provides a reference for the development of talent management of the same type of enterprises in the industry by analyzing the characteristics of the communication industry and the common problems of communication service enterprises.
