Research On Risk Management Of SC Company's Cross-border Merger And Acquisition Of ZL Company

With the rapid development of economy,more and more Chinese enterprises have joined the wave of cross-border M&A.Although the speed of cross-border mergers and acquisitions in China is very rapid,the reasons that affect the success of cross-border mergers and acquisitions are becoming more and more complex.In addition,enterprises are facing various problems and risks,and the economic effect of the final mergers and acquisitions is unsatisfactory.Any kind of risk in transnational mergers and acquisitions may bring losses or even failures to enterprises.Therefore,the risk management of transnational mergers and acquisitions is of great practical significance and necessity.Based on the theory of cross-border M&A risk management,this paper takes SC company's cross-border M&A ZL company as the research foundation,SC company's cross-border M&A risk as the research object,uses the expert questionnaire survey method to identify the risk,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk.This paper systematically studies the risk management of SC company's cross-border M&A of ZL company.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyses the basic situation and motivation of SC company,as well as the basic situation of ZL company and the target of SC company,and then summarizes the necessity of risk management of SC company's cross-border M&A.In this paper,the risk management of SC company's cross-border M&A of ZL company mainly includes: risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control of SC company's cross-border M&A.Firstly,based on the characteristics of cross-border M&A of SC company and the research of related scholars on the risk of cross-border M&A of resource-based enterprises,this paper puts forward the M&A risk indicators of SC company,and then identifies the M&A risk of SC company by using expert questionnaire survey method,and obtains the results of M&A risk identification of SC company.Secondly,according to the results of M&A risk identification of SC company,we collect the data of M&A risk evaluation questionnaire of SC company,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the M&A risk of SC company,and get the results of M&A risk evaluation of SC company.Finally,the evaluation results of M&A risk of SC company are analyzed,and the control strategies of M&A risk of SC company are put forward.Risk management is very critical to the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of enterprises,which can reduce and reduce the risks of enterprises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions.In this paper,the risk management of SC company's cross-border M&A of ZL company is studied.The related theories and methods of cross-border M&A risk management are used.These theories and methods can be applied to the risk management of cross-border M&A of other enterprises.
