Study On The Third Party Logistics Risk Identification And Evaluation Of Cross-border E-commerce

The rapid development of cross-border E-commerce requires higher quality of cross-border logistics services.The environment of cross-border logistics is international and the process is complex,which increases the possibility of risk during the logistics operation of cross-border logistics companies.The development of cross-border E-commerce was disturbed by Logistics.Third party logistics company is the main force of the cross-border E-commerce logistics.Through risk identification and assessment,the risk research of third party logistics will help the cross-border logistics company to prevent and reduce the risk during the operation,improve the efficiency of cross-border logistics enterprise,achieve a win-win of cross-border E-commerce and the third party logistics enterprises.First,this paper introduces the realistic and theoretical background of the thesis.The purpose and significance of the study are illustrated.Then it summarizes related theories of domestic and foreign scholars on the E-commerce logistics,logistics risk management,trade off and the comprehensive risk management theory,providing the theoretical basis for further study.Second,this paper is based on the existing research on logistics risk identification from the Internal and external two aspects.Through the expert interview method to improve the logistics risk identification factors.The third party logistics risk evaluation index system that has seven dimensions of 28 secondary indexes is established preliminary.Then study through questionnaire to examine the rationality of the logistics risk assessment index system,mainly for the recycling effective questionnaire for risk assessment scale of analysis,the reliability and validity of the reliability analysis results is good,using the method of factor molecular to analysis validity,optimization evaluation index system.The results put forward eight common factors,and to rename.The system Includes four risk factors:external cooperation competition factors,environmental factors,customs,culture factor,and four internal risk factors:storage and packaging,distribution,information,loading and unloading transportation factors,forming the final evaluation index system of the third party logistics risk of cross-border E-commerce.Finally,the paper applies the logistics risk assessment index system for case analysis to evaluate the risk of cross-border logistics company A by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The empirical analysis is that the distribution,handling,environmental factors,storage and packaging are high risk level,information and cooperation are medium of the risk level,cultural strategy and customs factors are low of risk level.Due to the influence of the probability of occurrence of A risk is small,so the final overall logistics risk level for A company is medium,and slightly on the high side.Depending on the level of risk,the paper puts forwards the countermeasures and suggestions on risk control to help the third party logistics enterprises A to avoid the risk.To sum,we expect this article research may provide certain theoretical basis for the risk management of cross-border third party logistics companies,then advance the development of cross-border E-commerce.
