Research On The Identification Of Logistics Risk Factors Cross Border E-commerce Enterprises On B2C Platforms

In recent years,China's export trade has maintained rapid expansion and development,and cross-border e-commerce is one of the important reasons for its rapid development.Our country each big cross-border electric business platform has covered many countries of Europe,the americas and southeast Asia,although in the past few years B2B model cross-border electric business platform as the main body of our country export cross-border electricity business scale is bigger and bigger,but B2C mode cross-border electric business platform for business growth,market potential is tremendous release,but this cannot leave the strong support of cross-border logistics.The service cycle of cross-border e-commerce logistics is long,the service process is complex,and the service objects are diverse,all of which hinder the continuous development of cross-border e-commerce.Moreover,the probability of various risks occurring in the service process is also increasing day by day.At present,cross-border logistics has become the bottleneck of cross-border e-commerce development under the B2C platform.The study on logistics risks of cross-border e-commerce and the identification of logistics risk factors of cross-border e-commerce can help small and medium-sized sellers on the platform effectively prevent and control related logistics risks,improve the efficiency of logistics services,improve the level of cross-border e-commerce business services,and thus improve the competitiveness and business scale of enterprises.Based on this background,on the premise of reading a large number of literatures,this paper USES the method of combining expert interviews with empirical research to identify the risk factors of cross-border e-commerce under the B2C platform of M company,a school-enterprise cooperative enterprise,and summarizes the main logistics risks faced by the cross-border e-commerce business of target enterprises under the B2C platform.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)method is introduced,and the risk evaluation system of cross-border e-commerce logistics with four first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators is built,in order to provide a basis for the logistics links of cross-border e-commerce business of M company in the future.On this basis,Suggestions on risk prevention of cross-border e-commerce logistics and internal control strategies are also provided.
